Foster care is a safe place to be if a child cannot live with his/her family or on their own. Children enter foster care because of neglect, abuse, a family crisis, or the child's acting out at home. Foster parents help children grow and feel good again by providing them with stability, affection, consistency, and nurturing.
As foster parents ourselves we understand the requirements to get certified and stay compliant with enough class hours to keep your license. Sometimes getting those hours are harder than you expect. This program gives you an alternative to driving to a fixed time class by providing a flexible online training that your organization will accept.
Launched in 2014, several years after our first placement, we strive to provide you with quality training at a low cost so you can ultimately spend more time with the children that need you.
